Initial Consultation
Online or in-person, this comprehensive nutrition assessment is designated for new clients. Based on what we find, we will recommend a tailored program to help you reach your goals.
50 mins | $150 (cash pay) | Get started
Follow Up Session
Online or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your progress towards your short and long term goals, nutrition education and support. Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly.
50 mins | $125 (cash pay) | Get started
30 Minute Follow Up Session
Online or in-person, this session is typically for clients who just need a “check-in” on progress and goals.
30 mins | $75 (cash pay) | Get started
Check your insurance.
We are "in network" provider with Aetna, Pacificsource-Commercial , Regence BCBS, Providence, MODA and Kaiser insurance. (Kaiser requires a referral from your primary care provider.)
For all other insurance companies, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if there is an appropriate medical diagnosis. It is up to you to know the terms for reimbursement and speak to your insurance company prior to the session.
The CPT codes we use are 97802 and 97803.
We do not participate in Medicare, OHP Pacificsource or Trillium insurance.
